At Carbon Edge Dynamics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance fashion. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
